1. AGREEMENT TERMS
By signing this Agreement and purchasing the SmartGStore DIY Package at a 45% discount, the Associate acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
2. OFFICIAL SALES ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS
📌 The Associate must:
✅ Purchase the SmartGStore DIY Package at a 45% discount
✅ Complete a 15-minute mandatory training session
✅ Receive a unique affiliate coupon code for tracking sales and commissions
📌 Upon completion of the above, the Associate will be an official SmartGStore Sales Associate and will be eligible to earn commissions.
3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE & PAYOUTS
The Associate will earn commissions based on the following structure:
💰 Commission Breakdown:
- 5% per sale upon starting
- 7% per sale after 25 sales (must be reached within 3 months for new Associates or 6 months for existing Associates)
- 10% per sale after 50 sales (same time conditions apply)
- 20% per sale after 100 sales
📌 The sales clock starts from the day of signing this Agreement.

- Associates may choose to be paid daily, weekly, or bi-weekly
- Payments are processed after sales verification
📌 SmartGStore LLC reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice.
4. EXCLUSIVITY & NON-COMPETITION
📌 The Associate is strictly prohibited from recreating, copying, or replicating SmartGStore’s business model, products, or services.
📌 If the Associate creates a competing business using SmartGStore's model, they must pay a franchise fee of 15% of all gross sales.
📌 Failure to comply will result in legal action and immediate termination of the Agreement, with forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
📌 The Associate agrees not to misrepresent SmartGStore’s products or claim ownership of the business model.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ASSOCIATE
📌 The Associate agrees to:
✅ Promote SmartGStore products professionally
✅ Use the assigned affiliate code for tracking all sales
✅ Follow ethical business practices when selling SmartGStore products
📌 The Associate is an independent contractor, NOT an employee of SmartGStore.
6. TERMINATION POLICY
📌 SmartGStore LLC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if:
🚨 The Associate engages in fraudulent or deceptive sales tactics
🚨 The Associate violates the exclusivity clause
🚨 The Associate fails to comply with SmartGStore’s business ethics
📌 Upon termination, unpaid commissions will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
