This Sales Associate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of acceptance by the Sales Associate ("Associate") and is made between:

1. AGREEMENT TERMS
By signing this Agreement and completing the mandatory 15-minute product training, the Associate acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
2. OFFICIAL SALES ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS
📌 The Associate must:
✅ Complete a mandatory 15-minute training session (no exceptions)
✅ Receive a unique Sales Associate ID for tracking sales and commissions
✅ Commit to promoting SmartGStore products professionally and ethically
📌 Upon completing these steps, the Associate is officially authorized to promote and sell SmartGStore products and earn commissions under the structure outlined below.
3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE & PAYOUTS
The Associate will earn commissions based on the following performance-based tier system:

| 1 - 5 Deals | 5% |
| 6 - 15 Deals | 7% |
| 16 - 30 Deals | 10% |
| 31 - 50 Deals | 15% |
| 50+ Deals | 20% |
📌 Sales Clock:
- New Associates: 3 months to level up
- Existing Associates: 6 months to level up
💰 Payment Options:
Associates may choose to receive payouts:
✅ Daily (within 24 hours of sales verification)
✅ Weekly (every Friday)
📌 SmartGStore LLC reserves the right to adjust commission rates with a minimum of 14 days’ notice.
4. EXCLUSIVITY & NON-COMPETITION
📌 The Associate agrees:
✅ Not to recreate, copy, or replicate SmartGStore’s business model, products, systems, or strategies
✅ Not to create or promote a competing business using SmartGStore’s proprietary system, technology, or intellectual property
✅ Not to misrepresent SmartGStore products or make unauthorized claims
📌 Violation Consequences:
Any violation of this section will result in:
🚨 Immediate termination of this Agreement
🚨 Forfeiture of unpaid commissions
🚨 Potential legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief
5. ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES
📌 The Associate agrees to:
✅ Accurately and professionally promote SmartGStore products using approved materials and messaging
✅ Use their assigned Sales Associate ID or referral link for all sales to ensure proper tracking
✅ Comply with all applicable laws and follow ethical business practices when promoting SmartGStore products
✅ Maintain transparent communication with SmartGStore leadership if any issues arise
📌 The Associate is classified as an independent contractor, not an employee of SmartGStore LLC. This Agreement does not establish any employment relationship.
6. TERMINATION POLICY
📌 SmartGStore LLC may immediately terminate this Agreement if:
🚨 The Associate engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical sales practices
🚨 The Associate breaches the exclusivity or non-compete terms of this Agreement
🚨 The Associate fails to meet minimum professional conduct standards established by SmartGStore
📌 Upon termination:
✅ All unpaid commissions are forfeited
✅ The Associate’s Sales ID is deactivated
✅ Legal action may be pursued if warranted
7. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE & SIGNATURE
By signing below, the Associate confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set forth in this Agreement. The Associate further acknowledges that their sales performance directly determines their commission rate and that they are responsible for adhering to SmartGStore’s professional and ethical standards.
